Marys Peak Mobile Vet looks forward to bringing the veterinary care your pet needs right to your door.
Home visits can be a great option for you and your pet. As a pet parent, it can be stressful getting your pet in their carrier and into the car to be driven to the clinic. It’s also a great choice for your pet. The best thing we can do for your pet is give them a thorough physical examination. Home visits allow your pet to receive care in a familiar environment making it much less stressful. It also gives us a completely different perspective of your pet than what we see in the clinic setting. With the in-home visit, we’re able to get much more information by examining your pet in your home.
COVID-19
With the rapid spread of COVID-19, our number one priority is the health and safety of our clients, patients and our staff. We are closely monitoring the spread and are following the guidelines of our local public health authorities. In order to ensure the safety of our clients, our veterinary practice has precautionary measures in place. We require our clients to also practice specific safety measures in order to ensure the health and safety of our veterinarians.
We require that our clients wear appropriate and properly placed face masks during the visit. This does not include face shields or bandanas.
Please limit the number of family members to the visit to only those that are necessary, preferably only one person if possible. We ask that all other family members maintain a safe distance.
If you are experiencing any symptoms or have any known COVID-19 exposure; we ask that you reschedule your pet’s visit.
If at all possible, examinations will be completed outdoors or in an outbuilding (i.e., garage, shop, barn).
In the event that our veterinarians arrive to an appointment and proper safety measures are not in place, your pet’s exam will not be completed, and you will have to reschedule. A $50 transportation fee will be charged to your account and will need to be paid in order to reschedule your pet’s visit.
